This Billing & Refund Policy applies to all GHL Mastery subscription-based services, including but not limited to:
- GHLM Asset Vault
- Training programs and memberships
- Coaching programs
- Workshops and recurring access products
- Any other subscription-based digital products or services offered under GHL Mastery
By purchasing any GHL Mastery subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Billing
All GHL Mastery subscription services are billed on a recurring basis.
- Billing occurs automatically based on the plan you selected (monthly, or otherwise stated)
- For monthly plans, billing occurs every month from the original date of purchase
- Your subscription will continue until canceled
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all recurring payments
Example: If you purchase on the 10th, you will be billed again on the 10th of each month.
3. What Your Subscription Includes
Depending on the specific GHL Mastery product or service purchased, your subscription may include:
- Access to digital assets (snapshots, trainings, documents, tools)
- Access to coaching or consulting sessions
- Access to workshops or group calls
- Access to ongoing updates and newly added content
- Access to any future additions included in your specific program or membership
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases across all GHL Mastery subscription services are final. We maintain a strict no refund policy:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
- No partial refunds
- No prorated refunds
- No refunds for unused time, missed calls, or lack of participation
- No refunds for failure to cancel prior to billing

5. No Chargeback Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree:
- Not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment provider
- To contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns
Any unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of access to all GHL Mastery services
- Permanent removal from programs, memberships, or coaching
- Additional action to recover funds, including collections or legal remedies if necessary
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. 5-Day Cancellation Notice Requirement
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your next billing date
If cancellation is submitted within 5 days of your billing date:
- Your next payment may still be processed
- Your subscription will then be canceled for the following billing cycle
It is your responsibility to track your billing date and submit cancellation requests in advance.
8. Access After Cancellation
- You will retain access to your purchased service until the end of your current billing period
- After that period ends, your access will be revoked
- This applies to all memberships, coaching programs, and digital product access tied to the subscription
9. Coaching and Live Access Terms
For coaching programs, workshops, or live calls:
- Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise stated
- Access to coaching is contingent on an active subscription
- If your subscription is canceled or payment fails, access to coaching and live sessions may be revoked
10. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may attempt to reprocess the payment
- Your access may be temporarily suspended
- Continued failure to process payment may result in cancellation of your subscription and removal of access
